Intro to R and RStudio for Genomics: Setup

This lesson assumes you have access to the UoE’s Noteable service. Please verify this by logging in at:

https://noteable.edina.ac.uk/login

If you can not log in (or even if you can, to be safe) ensure you have current versions of the following installed on your computer:

1. The R software itself, and
2. RStudio Desktop.

You will not be able to run RStudio without also having R installed.
